Finally accepted that my 23 year old Maytag was done, but absolutely did not want anything but a Speed Queen after years of research. Finding what I wanted locally in my budget was daunting, but Callie Pounds at Badcock was the most helpful and insightful sales rep with whom I'd spoken. The washer was delivered today by Andrew and Jaylen who were extremely cautious, professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They ensured my new washer was installed correctly and were just great. Highly recommended Callie Pounds if you're looking for furniture or appliances, especially if they're delivered by Andrew and Jaylen. Thank you all very much!

I have been getting furniture at the Badcock in Macon, Georgia for many years now and I've always had the best experience. They seem to always hire the best staff. I love every piece of furniture that I have gotten there; I haven't had to replace anything, only add; and I have found everything to be as durable as it is lovely. I especially love Ms. Callie!
